Home based business opportunity owners are always faced with the age-old questions:

• Where do I get quality, affordable MLM leads?

• How do I properly convert these leads into customers and/or business associates?

• How do I ensure my team members follow my lead and not fall asleep once they’ve joined me in my business?

If you’ve been in networking for very long, you’ve probably received a phone call asking if you’d like to learn “how to put 20–30 people a week” in your business.  (Caution: There are other companies that also use this tag phrase, so it doesn’t necessarily mean they are with Dream Team).

Now, upon hearing this, if you’re like me, you were probably skeptical.  REAL SKEPTICAL.  In fact, I was so skeptical I wouldn’t even listen to them.

Until I discovered Janelle….

You see, Janelle had been on my team for about a year.  Unfortunately, she was like so many people who join a home based opportunity business, thinking that the act of JOINING would create income, not the act of DOING once she joined.  Janelle would attend all my training classes and was a delightful person and always intended to get started.  But, as you know, good intentions never paid anybody’s bills!

So, on July 18, 2004, I joined Dream Team as a Platinum student.  And, while I’m not going to reveal to you what, specifically, is in the course (you’ll just have to listen to the call for yourself!), I will share how it has changed my business and how it could change yours:

• Lifetime Training calls are held up to four times a week (depending on your package) and are live. I listen in time and time again because I “hear” different tips each time, as my business continues to expand. I can even ask them questions to clarify the lesson as it relates to my specific industry. The questions people ask make all the calls different, even though the lessons might be under the same framework. This is definitely not lecture mode…it is live and full of vitality.

• Learning how to develop positioned leads (as opposed to buying leads from a broker) has save me thousands of dollars, and produced a much higher quality prospect.  This, alone, has made the training pay for itself.

• I’ve become a Graduate of Dream Team and am on Instructor level for my Financial Freedom Society business.  And, already, one of my FFS team members has done the same….showing that this can be replicated throughout your organization.

•  The Dream Team is a direct sales company and, therefore, you do earn commissions from the sale of their packages.  This provides a perfect marriage with a residual home based business opportunity, because it produces cash quickly which you can use for promotional efforts in your residual business.  And, if you’re still searching for the perfect home based business, this training would be great to take first because it will provide you with the proper foundation for whichever business you choose in the future.

• They keep a “clean” environment. Although you can ask questions based on your industry, specific companies are prohibited. This eliminates a lot of the “quasi promotional” activities I’ve seen take place on other types of calls. However, Gino has phoned me several times with company-specific questions I had…one call lasted 45 minutes!

• In additional to “basic training”, their Platinum training includes leadership calls.  This is for people who want to build or fine tune a large organization and goes into many advanced skills and promotional activities.  I’ve been a marketer for 20+ years and they’ve taught me a few things.

• I’ve changed my entire sales process based on this training.  You’ll be shocked to learn why you’ve been taught the things you have from your company and upline and how, although it might benefit them, it rarely benefits you.  You’ll learn what to do to directly affect your bottom line.

Do I think this training is worthwhile?  Absolutely!  In fact, not only do I mold these concepts for my business team, but I also offer all of them the first level of training at my cost (so I don’t make a penny.)  I know that if they will attend and implement what they hear, I’ll earn that many times over in their increased productivity.
