In yesterday's edition of The Framington TAB, there was an article about RealCashPrograms, based out of Swanton, Virginia. Seems that consumers told the Better Business Bureau that the company promised "lots" of money for doing things like shopping, taking surveys, and watching tv. Allegedly, they told people that they could earn up to $95 per hour for these activities. You, kind reader, just need to send in a fee and you'd get the inside scoop.
It's scams like this that make me wonder about the average IQ of our population. If "anyone" could indeed earn up to $95 an hour to watch television, go shopping, and other mundane things, do you really think we'd have anyone unemployed? on welfare? working at Mickey D's????
WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!
As a Business Consultant and Coach for over ten years now, I help people avoid scams. But if someone can't smell scams like this, they are simply walking the face of the earth with a big bulls-eye painted on their forehead. What could people possibly be thinking to fork their money over for such junk? It's really hard to have sympathy when anyone is that gullible.
Remember that saying: If It Looks Like a Duck, Walks Like a Duck, Smells Like a Duck......
