One of the benefits of working from home is that if you screw up – and you will! – you can at least rest assured that there aren’t tons of witnesses whispering about it around the water cooler.
That’s why I had to laugh at this countdown of 2007’s Dumbest Moments in Business. From the Comcast cable repairman who fell asleep on the customer’s couch to Honda’s owner’s manual that incorrectly lists a phone number, leading consumers to a sexy-voiced female suggesting they call 1–888–XXX-TALK for 99 cents a minute!
The lesson? Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t do it perfectly ALL the time!
